Skateboarding has been my passion since 2004. It allows you to get away from everyday life, deal with stress. I started on the board when there were no videos on YouTube, no instructors. For the first years, the progress was very slow, I got a lot of injuries, I had hundreds of painful falls.

 

Snowboarding courses made me realize how helpful it is to use the help of an instructor. In my free time I decided to help others skateboard and snowboard. It gives me great fun that I can infect this sport, help to progress in controlled conditions in a safe way.

Apart from skateboarding, I love surfing.  I am interested in functional training, which helps me to be better at board sports, healthy nutrition,  regeneration, motorization.
